Welcome to Poop Dawgy Dawg, a pet waste management company serving London, Ontario, and the surrounding areas. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

Poop Dawgy Dawg (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional pooper scooper and pet waste management services to residents of London, Ontario and surrounding areas. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to:

  • Regular pet waste pickup
  • One-time clean-ups
  • Yard deodorizing (optional)
  • Pet waste disposal
  • Bucket Service
  • Spring clean-ups

Our services are available on a scheduled or on-demand basis, depending on your needs.

3. Service Area

We provide services in London, Ontario, and surrounding areas. Service areas may be subject to change at our discretion. Please contact us for more information regarding your specific location.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All service fees are as outlined on our website or quoted individually based on the scope of services. Prices may vary based on the size of your property, the number of pets, and the frequency of service.
  • Payment Terms: Payments are due upon invoicing, and we invoice monthly. We accept payment via credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or other methods as specified by us.
  • Late Payments: Late payments will freeze on services and a $10  late fee.

5. Service Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Service requests should be made at least 7 days in advance. We will confirm the scheduled date and time via email or phone.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of that scooping service charge.
  • No-Show: If our technician arrives for service and access to the property is not available, you will be charged that scooping service fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Access: You are responsible for ensuring that our team has access to your property at the scheduled service time. Please ensure gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and pathways are clear of obstacles.
  • Pet Safety: We are not responsible for any harm or injury caused by pets on the property. You are responsible for ensuring pets are safely contained during the service. We will do our part to ensure your yard/gate is secured to the safety of your pet after our visit. Please ensure the safety of our technicians.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information regarding the number of pets and any special instructions to help us better serve you.

7. Limitation of Liability

Poop Dawgy Dawg is not responsible for any damages to your property unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the services rendered in the event of a claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment of services
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Abuse or harassment toward staff

We will make every reasonable effort to fulfill your service as scheduled, but safety concerns may occasionally lead to rescheduling.

2. Weather-Related Delays

  • Snow and Ice: Our team will make every attempt to service your property even during snowy or icy conditions. However, extreme weather (e.g., blizzards, heavy snow accumulation, or freezing rain) may cause delays in service.
  • Cold Temperatures: If temperatures are dangerously low or if conditions make it unsafe for our staff to work (e.g., freezing rain, wind chill warnings), service may be delayed or rescheduled. We prioritize the safety of our team and your pets.

We will get it all the following week so we will charge for that week as if we did the work.
